I really wanted to have tuna today.
But I could not choose how.
Then I opened the fridge.
...some vegetables in there...oh, I found spring onions...
Tuna + vegetables...ok, I was going to fry them.
Then I cut the tuna and the vegetables which were in the fridge.

Tuna, spring onion, red pepper, mushroom, potato
I fried together and then add soy sauce and dried small sardines.
It took about 15minutes to cook.
Then....
Tada---!
Rice, sliced melons, corns, asparagus, the tuna & vegetable dish
Tuna is very healthy containing much Fe.
My children loved this dish and of course me, too!
